MEET AND GREET SERVICES

1.      Dịch vụ Đón tiễn khách là gì? - What is Meet and Greet Services?

Meet and Greet Services is a quick pick-up and drop-off service at the airport to provide maximum support to you with procedures related to passengers and luggage before or after the flight, and most importantly, to help you. Customers minimize waiting time and check-in time at the airport.

Service suitable for both groups and individuals.

2.     Which company provides the Pick-Up Service?

Pick-up and drop-off services are provided by:

Address: 1st Floor, Building N02-T1 Diplomatic Corps Area, Do Nhuan Street, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi City.

Office: 3rd floor, lobby B, office area, terminal T1, Noi Bai International Airport

3.     Which company provides the Pick-Up Service?

We are providing pick-up and drop-off services at:

- Noi Bai Airport

- Tan Son Nhat Airport

- Danang airport

-         Cam Ranh Airport

-         Phu Quoc Airport

4.     In what ways can you register to use the service?

You can register for the service through Taseco Media's official website (www.tasecomedia.vn) or hotline 1900 23 24 28 or company email to order the service at: [email protected].

5.     Form of payment and payment method?

We accept payments via:

-         Credit card, debit via Onepay

-         ATM card or bank account

-         Domestic payment gateway via Onepay

-         Or you can transfer money to our company account and we will support you.

6.     Does Taseco Media provide value-added invoices when customers use the service?

Your pick-up and drop-off service fee includes value-added tax. Taseco Media will provide value-added invoices upon customer request:

7.     Does the pick-up service include hotel or airport pick-up/drop-off?

Passenger pick-up and drop-off service does not include shuttle/pick-up service. If you need, please book Taseco Media's shuttle service from home or airport.

8.     Are relatives of customers allowed to enter the quarantine area to pick up guests?

Travel companies/tourists/relatives of airline passengers... are not allowed to enter the quarantine area to pick up passengers. Because the airport terminal area is in a restricted area, only employees with functions and duties at the airport who are issued security control cards can enter and exit the restricted area.

9.     Will customers who book the Check-Off service receive assistance in receiving their arriving luggage?

Customers who book our service will be accompanied by staff to pick up their luggage at the conveyor belt and assist them in taking their luggage out. Taseco Media is not responsible for liability issues regarding guests' luggage (security checks, customs checks, etc.). For these procedures, you need to declare directly to the functional staff.

10. In which area will Taseco Media staff identify and welcome customers? Where to send guests off? Where to pick up guests?

For Pickup service:

- Taseco Media staff will welcome you at the foot of the aircraft stairs or at the quarantine area in the terminal.

For guest drop-off service:

- Taseco Media staff will welcome you at the Domestic/International departure lobby area and see you off to the plane gate.

11. Using the Pick-up and drop-off service, can customers use priority aisles?

For customers who choose to use the Pick-up and drop-off service, Taseco Media's specialized staff will support and guide you along your own path.

 


12. When using the international pick-up and drop-off service, will customers receive support for entry and exit visa procedures?

Taseco Media only supports customers in completing procedures to receive entry visas at the airport.

All other costs such as VISA fees, Entry Letters, etc. are not included in the pick-up and drop-off service. If you need assistance, please call hotline 1900 23 24 28 or email [email protected] for answers.

13. What do customers need to do to cancel the Pick-up and drop-off service?

If you need to cancel the service, please notify us via hotline and email 24 hours before departure. Once you have provided this information, we will refund the customer according to the correct source from which the customer transferred money to the company. After this time, the service will be considered provided and cannot be canceled.

14. What do customers need to do to change the Pick-up and drop-off service information after completing payment?

To change registration information for the Pick-up and See-Off Service, please contact Taseco Media's hotline directly or email promptly 3 hours in advance to update information and serve attentively.

SIM CARD SERVICES

1. What types of SIM cards does Taseco Media provide?

We provide standard sim, micro and nano sim from brands such as Mobifone, Viettel, Vinaphone suitable for all your devices.

2. How long is the SIM card valid?

Depending on the type of SIM you buy, we provide packages that suit your plan and needs.

3. What is the network access speed of the SIM card?

Sim has 4G/LTE speed, approximately 10 Mbps.

4. Does the SIM have its own phone number?

Yes, any SIM card you buy at Taseco Media will have its own phone number.

5.Do I have to pay a fee when I receive an incoming call?

SMS messages and incoming calls are completely free in Vietnam.

 

6. What documents do I need to provide when buying a SIM card?

You need to provide us with your purchase confirmation email and passport at the counter to receive and register the SIM under your owner's name.

7. Do I need to register my SIM card?

According to current Vietnamese law, you are required to register a SIM card.

8. Can this SIM be used in countries other than Vietnam?

Sim can only be used in Vietnam.

9.In what time period can I buy and receive a SIM card?

Taseco Media counter is open from 7 am to 3 pm, from Monday to Sunday; so you can contact us whenever you arrive at the airport.

10. Can I pay by card?

Yes, we accept VISA/MASTER/AMEX/UNION PAY cards.

11. Where can I buy phone cards?

You can buy phone cards at Taseco Media stores.
