This website (together with the documents mentioned inside) illustrates the terms and conditions for us to provide any of the products (Products) and services (Services) listed on our online website: www.tasecomedia.vn (our website) for you.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any product from our site. You should understand that by requesting any of our Products and Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order any Products from our website.

1. About us
We operate the website www.tasecomedia.vn. We are "TASECO COMMUNICATION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY" (Taseco Media) with Tax code: 0106879359 and address: 1st Floor, N02-T1 Building, Ngoai Giao Doan, Xuan Tao Street, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi City, Vietnam.

2. Order Confirmation
After ordering Products or Services, information about Products and Services will be sent to your personal email (Contract). If you have any questions, please contact email: [email protected] or hotline: 1900 23 24 28 or +84 986 158 596.

3. Buy and use products/services
Through this Website, you can buy products/services from Taseco Media or contact to order services.
In order to use your products/services, you must show up at the locations we have agreed in advance at the products/services on meet up time and present the information as requested by us. If you do not show up after 24 hours from the booking time indicated on the order or do not provide the requested information, we will cancel the service and you will not receive a refund.
To change the time to order a product/service, please notify us 24 hours prior to the booking time as shown on your e-ticket or order. The booking time can be changed up to 24 hours compared to the original set time.
Taseco Media reserves the right to refuse and cancel orders or purchases of any Services if deemed to be in violation of this policy.
Purchased products are non-refundable.

4. Price and Payment
The prices of our Products and Services will be quoted on our website from time to time, except in the case of errors.
Prices of products and services include VAT
Product and service prices do not include other payment costs such as card fees or bank transfer fees.
Prices of products and services are subject to change at any time, but the changes will not affect orders that we have confirmed and sent to you.
We are under no obligation to provide the Product/Service to you at an incorrect (lower) price, even if we have confirmed it, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and it is possible that you confession.
The amount you have to pay for the Product/Service will be based on the currency you use to order the service; it is usually VND. Taseco Media is not responsible for exchange rate conversions or policies applied by card providers or payment gateways.

5. Cancellation policy
You can cancel your order by contacting Taseco Media customer service. If you notify cancellation 24 hours in advance (compared to the booking time): we will refund 50% of the amount. If you cancel after 24 hours (compared to the booking time): we will not refund.
Some Products/Services will have their own cancellation policies, if you order such Products/Services, you are subject to the separate cancellation policies of that particular Product/Service.
You can get a refund if the Product/Service you ordered experiences one of the events beyond our control in clause 8.

6. Customer support
If you try to order a Product/Service but you are unable to do so (due to an error), please contact Taseco Media customer care at [email protected] and we will try try to find a solution for you.

7. Additional costs
In the process of using products/services, Taseco Media reserves the right to ask you to pay additional costs except those already included in the selling price.

8. Disclaimer
We shall not be liable for any failure in performance or delay in performance of any of our obligations under the contract caused by events beyond our reasonable control. (Events of force majeure).
Any Force Majeure event includes any act, event, omission, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes (without limitation) the following:
(a) strike, lockout or other industrial activity;
(b) civil riot, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (declared or not) or threat or preparation of war;
(c) fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster
(d) not being able to use railways, transport, airplanes, public or private transport;
(e) Unable to use public or private telecommunications networks;
(f) acts, decrees, laws, regulations or restrictions of any government.

9. Inquiry
During the period of using the Products/Services, if you fail to perform any of your obligations under the Contract or any of its terms and conditions, we are not responsible for these claims.

10. Responsibility
If any term and condition or any provision of the Contract is determined by any competent authority to be invalid, illegal or can not proceed in any respect, then such term or provision shall be severed to the extent therefrom from the remaining terms and conditions and shall continue in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Our rights to these terms and conditions
We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in laws and related regulatory requirements, and changes in system capabilities.
You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in effect at the time you order products from us, unless these policies or terms and conditions are changed by law or authority (in which case this will apply to orders previously ordered by you) or if we notify you of a change to these policies or terms and conditions before we send Products (in which case we reserve the right to assume that you have accepted the change of terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within fourteen days of receipt of the Products.).

12. Law and jurisdiction
The contract for the purchase of products or services through our website and any dispute or claim arising out of or relate to (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be adjusted by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such Contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam.
